Our team is dedicated to making sure your order is processed quickly and arrives at your door in no time.
When you place an order with us, the process follows these steps:
ORDER VERIFICATION > PROCESSING > SHIPPING > DELIVERY
We check all orders against an automated independent service for the risk of fraud before payment verification is completed.
After an order is verified, items in-stock at our warehouse are processed and sent directly from our warehouse within 24-48 hours (except Sundays and public holidays).
All other items in an order are sent to our factory for made-to-order manufacturing, packing, and dispatch within 3-5 business days from the time of the order.
Please note that public holidays and peak seasons (like Christmas and Black Friday) may add a day to these times.
We use shipping services like Australia Post, New Zealand Post, USPS, and Royal Mail to send packages all over the world.
We provide tracking information for all orders, so you can keep track of your package's progress in real-time.
